CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
- Make sure heat pack is completely dry before reusing.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT OVER HEAT! All microwaves are different,
These are guide lines only.
Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute.
If not hot enough, shake the heat pack around a little to agitate the lupins and place back into microwave and heat in intervals of 15 secs.
Do not heat for more than 2 minutes at a time.
To use as a cold pack, place inside a freezer bag and store in freezer.
