Caddies have pattern fabric on the outside with a plain co ordinating fabric on the inside.

Caddies are posted flat to reduce postage costs, you will need to iron it to get it back to its original shape. The best way I find to do this is over the narrow end of your ironing board once all the creases are out fold each corner and press to create a crisp corner.
